MEP BIM for Electrical Room Planning and Design
Electrical rooms in complex buildings pack switchgear, transformers, and UPS systems into a floor area that never seems to grow. That equipment cannot be pushed together to save space, because code-mandated clearance must stay clear around every panel. Getting this wrong is not a paperwork problem. It creates safety hazards, blocked maintenance access, and expensive redesigns once construction starts.
